This policy explains how Cielo Ofertas uses cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the GDPR and the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) cookie guidance. See also our privacy policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be strictly necessary for the site to work, or be used for measurement and personalisation.
Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary (technical): essential for the site to function and be secure, and to remember your cookie choice. These are exempt from consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). Legal basis: legitimate interest / technical necessity.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics (currently not enabled). These measure aggregate usage and require your prior consent: no Google script is loaded and no cookie is set until you accept. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Third-party cookies on merchant sites: when you click an affiliate link and leave our site, the affiliate network or merchant may set their own cookies to attribute a sale. We do not control them and their own cookie policies apply. These cookies are not set on our site.

We do not use advertising or personalisation cookies. Google Analytics is configured with Google signals and ad personalisation disabled, and with Google Consent Mode v2 set to denied by default. Managing and withdrawing consent
You can accept, reject or change your preferences at any time, as easily as you gave them. Rejecting optional cookies does not limit your use of the site. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; when you withdraw it we delete the Google Analytics cookies we are able to remove from the site.
Deleting cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you delete cielo_consent, we will ask you again.
